  I couldn't possibly be happier with my experience using U-Pack when I made a cross-country move. From start to finish EVERYONE was extremely helpful and responsive. Skipping to the headlines - they were the friendliest and most professional on the phone as I was trying to gather information to decide which company to use; they were $200 less than any other company I had called; they were the ONLY COMPANY who would guarantee the drop-off date for delivering my pod to me at my new address; I never had trouble getting someone on the phone any time I called with questions or to verify status of any aspect of the move. Also, there was a minor issue with the first pod they gave me for my move and when I called the next day to ask them to fix it, they were at my house within hours to do so. On arrival in my new home, my pod was delivered on time and without issue - all my items were safe and undisturbed from the journey. I will undoubtedly use them for future moves given how professional and seamless this first experience was. I read a lot of reviews of other self move / pod-type companies and saw endless negative reviews based on chaotic and unreliable service and the inability to actually speak to someone when you needed something. Moving is complex enough without having to worry about when and in what condition your items will arrive in your new home. Thank goodness for U-Pack as they truly made my move easy and perfectly timed!

  Our U-pack experience was excellent. Booking was easy, delivery and pick-up of the cube was all as promised. Everything arrived in excellent condition at the other end. We would definitely use their services again.

  We used Upack to move our stuff from IL to AZ. We used our own loading / unloading people since Upack's cost was higher for loading / unloading (through a 3rd party company). Upack's truck driver who dropped off the trailer in our driveway was very professional and helpful. He spent time showing me how the trailer works - how to open / close the trailer door, how to place / lock the wooden door inside the trailer where our linear ft usage ended, how to hold the open trailer door in place with the given chains and even how to use a ratchet to hold things in place. There do seem to be some gaps in communication, I called and asked the office to pickup the trailer on a certain day, they dropped the ball there, but I was able to call back and have them pick up later that day (you'll need to follow up), the truck arrived on the shorter end of the estimate. Our loaders (not Upack) didn't use clothe so some of our furniture had dings / scratches, if you use anyone to move, have them use clothe to wrap furniture, plastic sheets aren't sufficient. I would recommend UPack for sure. If you have expensive stuff to move, you may need some other service as Upack doesn't have much insurance coverage for the stuff they are moving. Also the Upack truck doesn't have the best suspensions, so some of the stuff will move around, all depends on how well the loaders pack with clothe / load up vertically / ratchet up - the tall Upack truck has lots of space (108 inch tall, 27 ft llong, probably 5 ft or 6ft wide)
