U-Pack is The Best Company Ever! I just moved from Northern CA to North Texas, where they showed up exactly when they said they would and landed in TX exactly when they said also. Professional in every detail. Cheaper by far than UHaul. U Haul canceled my moving cubes the day before I was to receive them as they said no trucks available for months and no cubes either. But U-Pack had no difficulty securing larger trucks at a much lower price! Both said we had to find our own loaders and unloaders, which is not a problem. I shall never call Uhaul again! I am going to recommend U-pack from now on! They have been in business over 30 years and are here to stay! Love this company and all of their helpful staff and drivers. Could not be more impressed. Thanks U-Pack for helping me do a difficult long distance move. Linda O

Our container was dropped off when it was supposed to be and we were told we would get a call or email when our container was in Texas so we could set a time to have it dropped off. We never got any notification that our container was in Texas until I called to see where it was. I was transferred to make arrangements to have our container brought to our new house and was told they only drop off in our area on Wednesday and Thursday. So because I had no notice our container was here, I now get to wait another week to get it while we sit in an empty house with our container not very far away.

We moved from Montana to Texas and needed something more than a U-haul truck. The companies involved with U-Pack at both ends of our move we're amazing to work with. My calls were answered quickly, and thoroughly when I had questions. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our 28' trailer arrived on time and driver's were beyond wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.
