  This is the second time I have used U-Pack to move very important personal items across country. The most recent was very emotional, moving my mother's art collection and heirloom furniture. We had sold her house and needed a container delivered and removed quickly, before the new owners took possession. I was able to arrange everything online and received good communication and confirmations. The delivery driver got it there earlier than scheduled (right after I had flown in). It was exactly the right size, solid and sturdy. We got it loaded in 2 days and scheduled pickup the day we flew out. From there I was able to track the exact location of the container as they moved it cross country. Once it was at the final destination, I paid for everything. The container was delivered and we had a few days to get it all unloaded. I then followed the link sent to my phone and arranged final pickup. The entire process, from initial order to final pickup was so effortless, not a single moment of stress or concern. And every piece of art and furniture arrived without a nick or scratch. I know that is in part from how we packed the container, but also shows how carefully U-Pack loaded and unloaded at each transfer location. I will use them again if I ever have to make another big move.

  The U-Pack staff were always so patient and helpful as we kept increasing our shipping needs from one cube to two cubes to a trailer. They were great! However, the Puerto Rico Office staff were horrible. The woman went on vacation, no one called us to tell us the trailer cleared Customs, and then she comes back nagging me multiple times per day about delivery and threatens me with $250 per day storage. No bueno!

  Had an overall grade moving experience. Used to this company for a cross-country move between Arizona and Maryland. It's nice to be able to only pay for the footage that you use. In our case we saved an additional 5 feet by packing really well. My only caveat is with the third party moving staffers as they have a minimum of 3 hours and the unloading only took 1 hour. We used plastic shipping containers and while a few of them broke we didn't lose any major household items. I would recommend this company again for my next move.
