I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and service that U-Pack provided. The trailer to load as well as unload was delivered as promised. The driver who dropped the trailer off for loading took his time to explain what needs to be done when loading is complete. The pricing was fair compared to other moving companies that I had reached out to. The driver who dropped the trailer off for unloading helped with getting the bulkhead unlocked and making sure the trailer was parked in such a way that it was easy for me to unload. I will highly recommend them for your next move.

From the people on the phone to the ones delivering the crates, they were all very professional and kind. Ordering a crate was extremely easy. I was also able to change my delivery address when they mentioned my crate arrived in the city I’m in. There were plenty of secure points in the crate to safely secure my motorcycle and a ton of my belongings. The crate arrived with even safely secure still. (How safe your stuff arrives depends on how well you secure it all) I definitely recommend a U-Pack crate if you don’t have a TON of stuff to move and you’re moving across the country or out of state.

I ordered a relocube on Monday, got it on Tuesday, got it picked on Wednesday and it was delivered to me 4 states away second Monday after the pick up. I am extremly happy with the price and speed. At the same time, the drivers picking up and dropping the cube were friendly and accommodating. It was worth every penny paid. I am never going back to those notorious mover guys. UPack is the best solution to moving. Even with hiring people to load and unload the relocubes, it was cheaper than all other options. I love how black and white it is in terms of pricing. No hidden fees, no surprises and no negotiations. I just loved it. Recommend a 100% to anyone.
