The team that handled our local move (5500 sq foot home) did an outstanding job. Very professional team and I appreciate the accurate and timely communications. Everything from the initial walk through of our home, bid, and actual move was flawless, on time, and we had zero issues that required follow up. They wrapped up the furniture very carefully, not a scratch on anything when it arrived at the new place. They helped us set up the beds, what a lifesaver after moving. I will be using Alexander’s again when we move in 2 years and will recommend them to my friends and family. They are a team you can trust, they do a very good job setting expectations about the move, price, and what to expect during the move. The crew was fabulous. We have never experienced a crew so pleasant and careful with protecting our walls, floors, and personal property throughout the move. Tom, the sales representative was also fabulous with being thorough and responsive to our questions.
