U-Pack was the perfect option for our long-distance move. We didn't want to worry about gassing up a moving truck, nor did we want to worry about hitching our cars. Instead, we drove our cars ourselves and left the furniture and other belongings with U-Pack. The entire team I worked with both over the phone and in person was wonderful. My only comment would be to have more options for drop-off times of the filled containers. 8AM-5PM is a big window, and we could've spent those hours working on something else rather than waiting at home for our belongings. Otherwise, I'd recommend this service to anyone looking to move across the country.

U-Pack was a smart move on our behalf. It was simple and hassle free. Typically you have 3 days to load and unload each. The only real advice I would offer is to over-size the container and not under-size. The 7 foot container is tight and I packed it like a puzzle, however we found ourselves not taking items.

Jackie at my destination terminal was amazing to work with! I ended up talking to her several times as I tried to work around a tight window at my new complex and she was extremely helpful. I really felt like she went above and beyond for me, even calling back to follow up at one point when she hadn't heard back from me yet. Cannot say enough about how valued she made me feel!
