  We booked the ReloCube online and called to the service center to double check the logistics. It’s pretty straightforward to confirm the loading time with the service center, and they picked up the phone pretty quickly. The entrance of the U-Pack office can be a bit hard to find - need to go all the way to the end until you see the Relocubes. The one month storage time will not start counting until the ReloCube has arrived the destination, but just be mindful that the transportation time can have some delay. Overall, it’s pretty hassle-free if you don’t need the ReloCube to arrive at a certain time/date.

  U-Pack offered me the best value for my move out of state. I packed my box at an ABF location and the employees were very helpful in explaining the process. It was very easy. Unfortunately, my packing continued into the night, so it was a little creepy, but that’s on me not the facility.

  I was worried that it wouldn’t arrive out of state in time or that everything would be damaged on arrival but it beat me to my new city and everything was in the same condition as when I packed it! The customer service of the freight team was top tier also. I’m knocking off 1 star because customer service at the UPACK location in Chicago where I sent my stuff from needs some work.
