  We moved from Arizona to Arkansas. U-Pack was wonderful to work with and everything arrived in great condition and ahead of time. Our items actually arrived in Little Rock, ahead of us, 2 days before our actual guaranteed date. I must have called half-a-dozen times and they were wonderful about answering all of my questions and helped me work out the issues I had at both locations due to the roads not being paved. Which was no fault of U-Packs. I highly recommend paying the little bit extra to have the reassurance of a guaranteed arrival date. It really helped me make plans for help unloading, because I knew when to expect our things to arrive. They also sent a link so I could see the progress our things were making on the road, this was very reassuring. I found this company to be patient and kind, to go out of their way to explain things to me, and a real willingness to help or work with us when we ran into an issue with a different company that was helping us load. I would definitely recommend this company and will also use them again if we ever move. On a side-note: they were over 50% less expensive (more like 66%) than driving our things across all of those states ourselves! It made it an easy decision to go with U-Pack and we had a wonderful outcome.

  Upack team from booking to delivery have been ever so seemless. They helped us end an era of 30yrs in one house to starting a new era out of state. They were helpful in helping us calculate the amount amount of pods vs trailer to even delivering our belongings in record time to new residence before the holidays.   The first drop off was great and customer service was wonderful. The problem I have is they tell you 5-7 days for transit but they don’t say how long it will sit at there center until they leave. We moved from Kansas City to Phoenix on December 1 and they picked the truck up the day before, we still do not have our stuff. It arrived Friday but we could not schedule to have it delivered until today because there destination center is closed over the weekend. Not sure how that process will go but I will not use them again.
