  50 years with great service from the USPS. Now it's all effed up. Can't do a simple change of address for my dying mother. Website is a mess, difficult to use, and DOESN'T WORK! WTH happened!?!

  USPS at it's finest. I came home from work and noticed my whole mail box compartment is open and this is the 3rd time this has happened. One time it was left open for a whole week. I get the wrong mail all the time even though my name is listed in my box and a warning sticker. I know the post office could careless as long as the mail gets out the office but this is ridiculously lazy work and no standards of the job being done correctly. I have lived in Waukesha for 6 years and in all six years this post office has been horrible. My mother and uncle are mail carriers and they have even said no matter if the person is new or not the job should still be done correctly. It has to be their management/ Post Master doesn't care about quality just quantity. Trust me they don't deserve the one star I gave. Please see photo below. UPDATE: On Feb. 22nd this happened. Our smart carrier left a large package on top of the mail box thankfully I took it to the building listed on the package but seriously do your job correctly don't leave a package in an unsecured area leave a notice and have the person pick it up at the post office. Or actually make the attempt to deliver the package. OMG!! It's just that simple!! Thank God nothing happened to the package because it was actually photos of their new baby. Delivery keeps getting worse and worse. This is extremely unacceptable but typical of the post office they could careless.

  I just got one of the magazines I subscribe to, rather I only got the front cover. All I got was excuses from the carrier, and there is really no place to complain to the Waukesha P.O. Wonder who is reading my magazine for free. This on top of messing up a delivery from Canada a few weeks ago. Package was listed in the tracking site as 'incomplete address' the first try, then 'moved left no address' on the second try. What??? The package contained soft hats for a chemo patient to wear. Feel good now, USPS?
