Jim and Jeff were amazing. They were on time, professional and more importantly they were very considerate of my elderly mother and her belongings. I can’t say enough about them and would recommend Universal to anyone making any kind of move. I was quoted what I felt was a fair price and was charged well under the quote.. That never happens to me. Universal is the best.

I’ve worked for a variety of senior communities over the years and the go to moving company I recommend is Universal Services! The positive experience starts with Jody and goes through to the rest of the office staff and straight to the individuals moving the items. The customer service, top notch care and respect given to the older population is why they are the first name that comes to mind when I hear a family is in need of a mover! Call them first!

Jody was so great to deal with. Jim and Justin did such a fantastic job. They worked so hard, and were so accommodating with anything I needed. They were friendly, and I felt like they respected my things. It was a move I was looking forward to, but I wanted to have it done with as little pain as possible! That was definitely achieved. Thanks so much!
