More people should use unpakt. We were set up with a company called excellent quality movers. They arrived 15 minutes early they were super pleasant. Took really good care of our items. And they were fast. They unpakt team themselves were really nice. When I had a question about our upcoming move, the responded within 24 hours and followed up with me to make sure that everything went well. Do yourself a favor and set it up.

We booked a move through Unpakt for today between 9 and 11 and they confirmed. When no one showed by 11 we contacted the moving company directly. They said they no longer take orders through Unpakt because they haven’t been paid in 3 months. Now we are putting a block on our credit card and are stuck with no mover.

MOVERS BEWARE. I used Unpakt to book a recent move. Moving day: The movers were supposed to come between 8-10. The moving company called me at 10am to say - oh, we can't do your move, we told Unpakt this. What a nightmare! Unpakt couldn't get me another moving company until the next day. In asking for them recognize the inconvenience and offer a discount on my quoted rate, they would not comply because the new movers were more expensive, so they adjusted them to my original rate, not a discounted one. Nightmare customer service trying to get them to do anything beyond that.
