  This enormous shipping center is the most frustrating place on earth. Sometimes they turn customers away and send them to the UPS Store in the Central West End. This location probably won't be able to print your invoice/ mailing label. This place has a VERY limited capacity as a shipping station I was told they couldn't scan my QR code which was in the email I received from UPS. Yep... UPS sent me an email with instructions to have the QR code scanned at the UPS Hub! However, I was turned away. God only knows why! So print your label at home. Or just go to UPS Store first. I'm never going to this location unless it's a last resort.

  Diana is the most wonderful and excellent worker. She went above and beyond to help me even though it was closing time and I had a problem. Huge props to her, I was so grateful for her assistance. I wish i could give more stars.

  UPS agent wasn't honest. Claimed weather was why my package not delivered but my package moved everyday but then sat in St Louis for 3 day with no weather issues. Agent then claimed we can't speak to managers because there are none. Only agents and UPS doesn't deliver on weekends. Another lie
