  I've never written a review until now, this company is terrible I'd rather return my product than ever deal with these guys ever again. Months ago they lost my iPhone in the mail and it took 3 weeks of fighting with them to finally here "we lost your package" aka someone stole it or broke it. Had to call Verizon and go through fedex. UPSs delivery system is garbage I shouldn't have to sit here and sign for every single package I order soaps and it requires a signature why?! Now I gotta jump through hoops to deal with this because they always deliver when people are at work I'm not gonna sit around my house all day and wait for this guy to show up my house. It's that or I have to pay for it to go to a store. I've had it with them.

  Only location able to take certain packages in the area, I drove from Williamsburg. I confirmed the time with UPS before leaving. A sign on the door had them closed at 2pm until 8pm. Those aren't even times they are open.

  I have had at least 7 packages in the last 2 weeks from Amazon marked undeliverable. Yes it's a new apartment complex but what happened to a little extra common sense. It's right off a major street. Other people are getting their packages. This is just lazy drivers!!!
