Not very quality shipper, my order sat in st Louis for 2 days doin nothing then salt lake 2 days not moving then Boise almost 3 days before I had to drive in myself and pick it up or who knows how long I'd have to of waited for it oh and all and all it was 3.5 days later then when it was supposed to be delivered! NOT IMPRESSED!

UPS Freight has all their bases covered. They pickup your freight, damage it then refers you to the fine print that says you have to have a special agreement on certain items or they wont pay the claim. In 36 years of shipping freight, we have never worked with a more un-responsible freight company than UPS Freight. They do not stand behind their service and take responsibility for their actions. They are a very bad company to do business with. Zero stars
