  We moved from Idaho to Texas in Feb (Right before gas prices skyrocketed). We reserved this 6-8 weeks in advance. They kept the price the same at the time of reservation, which helped because I'm sure it would have been a lot more expensive as gas prices were creeping up. Anyhow, they dropped off the trailer between 12-4 on a Wednesday. We got it loaded in about 3 hours. The most difficult part was finding movers that were flexible without paying them to stand around as we waited for the truck. Putting up the wall was a bit of headache as the top bar was difficult to work with and by the time you get done moving, your exhausted. Our stuff arrived a little under 2 weeks later and all is good. This service seriously takes the headache out of moving if you are willing to wait. It was a lot cheaper than what we would have had to pay in gas + babysit in hotel parking lots along the way. The staff was helpful when calling in. Be patient on pick ups and deliveries as there are a lot of moving parts on their end, but the overall benefit of the move is pretty painless.

  U-Pack provided the perfect solution for my move from Idaho to Arizona. The trailer rental option provided the space needed, at a competitive price, and provided the loading and unloading flexibility not offered by other move options. I made several changes during the process and U-Pack was flexible and accommodating to my needs and lack of experience. They were on-time, every-time, and drivers very helpful.

  This is the second time I have used U-Pack for a move. The first move was pretty straight forward; and I was completely satisfied from the initial delivery of relocubes to the drop off in my new location. This second move became complicated due to the housing shortage; and I was for a period of time uncertain of where my relocubes would be landing. I cannot say enough good words about the both the corporate office and the local office in Boise. Both provided EXCELLENT customer service and kindness! I chose U-Pack because it seemed comparable to the competitor but more affordable. I will choose this company again for this reason, their level professionalism and service - and their compassion and flexibility in unusual and stressful times.
