  Please do not believe the positive reviews. I have posted a review of this company before but I am back to beg people not to feel conflicted bc you see positive reviews as well. Read them closely and you will see their English is difficult to understand. These are all people working for US Moving Team as a third party moving team. They were the worst group of movers I have ever had and I have moved a lot over the last two decades. They were late and came with a huge rented Enterprise truck that was already half-filled with someone else’s belongings and then they charged me for having to go back for the remainder of my things bc it required two trips. THEY CHARGED ME FOR HAVING TO MAKE TWO TRIPS BC THEIR TRUCK WAS HALF-FULL WITH SOMEONE ELSE’S THINGS! You can read about their other shenanigans in my previous post. Please, just do yourself a favor and stay away from this fraudulent company.

  ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE...Where do I start?! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A HUGE SCAM!!! I paid triple my original estimate for a pickup that was 8 hours late and a delivery that was three DAYS late. I received little to no information about the whereabouts of the movers and at one point honestly believed my stuff was stolen. The drivers were extremely rude and unprofessional. The company also sells your contract to another company and does not track your move, so you are left to only communicate with the driver (who was a hot head). I was yelled at several times for simply asking where my furniture was and when to expect the movers. NEVER EVER EVER subject yourself to this kind of torture. I am just happy they didn't run off with my stuff. I am 100% getting the cops involved in an investigation of the legitimacy of this company.

  The company is a fraudulent company. I was quoted a price of $1400 - $1700 to move from Brooklyn to PA. I put up a deposit of $451, and I figured I had about $600 extra in case I had to pay more. The day of my move the driver came, and counted everything over, and told me the cost would be $4,300. I was devastated, how was I supposed to give them more than double the quote? I cancelled the move because I was misquoted and I couldn't afford it. I had to find another company and pay them $2,700 because it was last minute, taking me over my budget by $700. I called and emailed multiple times and regarding my deposit refund. They said, I was not entitled to my refund because I cancelled the service. I expressed at minimum take a percent of the deposit, but not the entire deposit. They refused to honor my request and began ignoring my emails and calls. I had to place a stop payment with my credit card company. I am awaiting the credit card decision. This was a horrible experience. I will never look to this company for any moving needs.
