Returned truck on time but lazy guy doesn’t make a closing on the same minute and wait until my daily rental finished. Then at 5 pm he did it and charge me twice. Double check your receipt. Don’t trust them. Not a lot of money but you have to spend a half day to talk with different representatives to get back those money.

I have booked U-haul at another location but was switched to this location. It was not convenient . Location has trash all over grounds. Truck was blocked and not ready. Equipment i have paid for and requested to rent was not available at time of pick up . This made moving large furniture very difficult without equipment reserved. Promised credit was not provided equipment was not applied. Truck was returned 1657 pm and adviser on site was not helpful and told us to go thru online process as they are closed at 1700. Will never rent like this again.
