Marcos and his crew were amazing. They were extremely thorough in protecting our belongings. They made one very minor nick on one of the walls and cleaned it up so well you couldn't even tell what happened. Did I mention the great price? Great price too! We will definitely use this company again if we ever need to move again.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used USA Family Moving and both were great moving experiences. This time, I needed last minute help getting my Mom moved in to her new place here in Minnesota. My family started the move but everything took longer than expected and most of us had to be back to work. In less than 24 hours we had a three man team there to unload and get everything moved in. Sarah was awesome getting this setup for us . She promptly emailed everything for my review. She was super friendly and worked fast to get us setup. The dispatcher was thorough and let me know what to expect. Right on time, I heard from our guys with their ETA. Josh, Sam and Shawn were there exactly when they said they would be. They are professionals and really know moving! We really appreciate how prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and patient these guys were. This was not an easy move for my family. These guys showed up and did everything we needed. They really went above and beyond with this one! We can’t that you enough!!! Melissa

These awesome individuals amazed me! So thorough, cautious and super respectful. Opposite of my previous moving experience with Matt Movers. I was so worried to have the same horrible outcome. I was so relaxed and grateful to have foung this moving company. Johny was my main guy. He stayed focused and never stopped. All these guys, Dave, Carlos, Christian, Johnathan were simply fabulous as movers. You seriously must try these guys, actually it's the training with USA FAMILY MOVERS WHO ROCK. THANK YOU Owner John. 😊 never more grateful for such wonderful guys and service.
