Easy access. Friendly personel. Very knowledgeable. Always greets you with a smile. And as she got to know me, called me by name.place was immaculate. Forgot to lock up one day. The young lady found it while making her rounds and not only locked up, but called me to let me know.

I have rented at a lot of storage facilities over the years and can honestly say that the Valley Storage facility in Lexington VA is the best of them all. This fenced/gated facility is not only clean, the space between units was large enough to get my Ram 3500 and a 6x12 trailer in, around, and through without issue. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.

Valley Storage has been a wonderful option for a parent of a college student! We are from the other side of the country and dealing with college gear for the breaks and summers has been tough. Thank you Valley Storage for being easy to work with long distance!
