Personnel were extremely friendly and professional. Amazingly fast as well and careful. Very easy to work with and showed up exactly when they said they would and got to work immediately. Quite easy to communicate with as far as how things were to be moved and placed as well as before and after the move. Would highly recommend them and have used them multiple times due to favorable experiences I have always had with them.

The worst moving experience of my entire life. The owner is by far the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in the Shenango Valley. Highly suggest using a different mover.

Robert, you sent me pictures of the items you wanted us to transport for you. You were fully aware that the cost I quoted you was inclusive to those pictures. When I showed up to the house to see what was taking my workers so long, I asked what your 16-foot box truck had in it. I know that it was agreed upon to help in the event that not all the items pictured fit into my truck. It was not agreed upon to fill with your truck with non-pictured items which was the case. As you know, this is not what was included in the contract. I am disheartened to read this review as I tried to resolve this matter with you at the time. We pride ourselves on providing honest, quality service for a fair price and will continue to do so moving forward.
