  If i could post a negative I would ! From the beginning there were issues including but not limited too the packers who were vendor ed out as well as hustling me to take my personal belongings. I had numerous boxes "missing" items packed were packed like my 6 year old who was cleaning his room. All thrown in and wrapped with paper - my favorite tampons, gun wrappers and some other garbage in a box that my laptop was stolen from. This has been the biggest headache . Broken furniture , dishes , then to be told I did not list the inventory properly or advise it was missing on the move in date. There is no customer service , no accountability .But hey they bought me a 600 laptop to replace mine that was 2500 . Oh also the family in Massachusetts I am sure your enjoying my brand new bedding , because your Walmart sheets and blankets are not to my standards.

  Avoid this company! Terrible experience with my relocation from the East to the West Coast. Walkboard is not a moving company, they work with third parties and take no responsibility on the quality of the move. I moved several times before and never had a problem. With Walkboard, I had several damaged items, some of them expensive, and the claim process is a true nightmare! I tried working with them for many months, and I just don't hear back. They are unresponsive. This has been going on for several months, and it just feels that they are trying to tire us out and not pay for their poor service.

  To echo the most recent 1 star review, Ive had a very similar experience with this company. I moved across the country back in June, having several items damaged and being charged extra for items that were not mine. I filed a claim back in September and have yet to hear back from them, despite sending follow up emails and a few phone calls. I’m disappointed in the lack of professionalism and communication when thousands of dollars is being involved. This is a warning for anyone considering using this service.
