  I tried to do my grocery shopping this evening, and Walmart had half of the items I was looking for, which was better 🙃 than the other 4 local grocery stores I stopped at and could not find a single item I was looking for. I sincerely hope the year 2022 brings our community back together this year. Enjoy your evening!

  Nick (who was stocking toys and looked to be training 4 new associates on 2/6/22 around noon) was an absolute rock star! My daughter “needed” a squishmallow toy and he not only took the time to check the store’s stock for us, but he walked us to the appropriate aisle and when they weren’t there, he showed us another area where the toy might be. He then made recommendations as to where else we could look. He suggested the Claire’s that was newly opened in the front of the store. Unfortunately, Walmart didn’t have the toy in stock, but the Claire’s did! Kudos to Walmart for adding Claire’s to its in-store line up! And Kudos to the Hatfield Walmart for hiring great staff like Nick. And if he was training new associates, expect to have four more fantastic additions to your team. I should mention that I hate going to Walmart on a Sunday in the middle of peak shopping time, but it was certainly well worth it today.

  Its very sad...and its not just this Wal-Mart...and not just this retailer, but not very many employees go out of their way to help the shopper or to even pretend they enjoy their job. I always hear them complain about how hard they work and blah blah blah, even though they are standing around doing nothing, or walking or stocking shelves so slowly u would think u just walked into a nursing home. Even people in nursing homes could run circles around some of these employees....and its always the older employees that are the most friendly and work quickly and conscientiously. Many shelves were empty and prices raised, as with many other stores. The store was well lit, clean, and organized. Compared to other retailers, the prices and the clearance items at walmart, still beat the competitors prices.
