The building is always very clean. The staff Mike & Sharon are very interested in helping you & being available to help. They are both ‘people’ and go above and beyond being a employee. As a first time storage unit customer, I appreciate the clean bathrooms, units & parking lot; as well as availability of multiple carts, the music, the eco friendly lights & the unloading canopy area. The cons are the hours, 24hours would be more availability also, not having a dumpster or a larger trash receptacle. Lastly, I do want to especially shout out to Mike for always taking care of me and being really a good person I appreciate him.

Just wanted to say my experience at Metro Storage has been exceptional. Every time I walk into the show room, I am greeted by Mike ( Manager ). He is professional, courteous and very helpful. Thank you to Mike for making me and my organization feel welcome.

Loved renting from this facility. Everything was very clean, we had a second floor interior unit and it was very easy to access it whenever we wanted. Sharon and Mike were also wonderful. They were so helpful and very friendly. I will be recommending this facility to friends!
