I had a wonderful experience! Daniel called me almost immediately after I made an online reservation and the customer service has been exceptional ever since. Jamie called to check-in with me on the day of my reservation and she and Daniel were great from start to finish. The process was smooth and easy! The storage unit was clean and just what we needed. Don't hesitate to use this facility for your storage needs, you won't be disappointed.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Walthall office and service. The staff was friendly and always helpful whenever I needed them. I used a controlled climate unit for a number of years and never had any issues. I would highly recommend them for your storage needs!!

Jamie was great. She was very friendly and helpful in renting my storage unit. I unexpectedly needed another unit and she went above and beyond to see about getting a unit close to my first. Thank you for the amazing service.
