  I was referred to this company by a local storage facility and couldn’t be more satisfied. Javier responded to my message within the hour and scheduled me in for an estimate the next day. On moving day the crew showed up on time. The crew was great and everyone knew their job and worked really well together. The total job took about 4 hours, that included breaking down beds, taking our mirrors off the dressers and they also wrapped our furniture with shrink wrap. Nothing was damaged and the price was more than fair. No extra charges it was exactly what the estimate was. Thanks Javier you guys were awesome! We’ll be using you again for sure!

  Javier the owner was advised that my storm door was forced open further than it was supposed to and I asked for a repair or a fix but decided to not answer, broke several other items although minor. Now mind you they are supposed to be insured, but are they? Because if you have nothing to hide and you’re insured why would you block a customer. Don’t use them, you get what you paid for. Very unprofessional to act like they didn’t mess up and don’t wanna pay.

  As the name of our company indicates, we pride ourselves with not only caring about our customers, but also with the personal belongings they entrust us to care for and move. In regards to Mr. Loubriel's claims, we were hired directly by his mom, not him. His mom was very happy with our moving services and didn't have a word of complaint. Since we were moving Mr. Loubriel's mom from his house to her own place, it would have been nice that he would have actually contacted us, but that was never the case. He never contacted us via phone, text, or email. Now, the storm door that he claims we damanaged, was NOT forced open further than it was supposed to. As a matter of fact, it was already open and we didn't even touch it. If we would have damaged the storm door, we would have immediately notified the client of the mishap and would have gladly fixed it. That's why we are insured. Mr. Loubriel also claims that we broke "several other items," although "minor." It sounds to us that Mr. Loubriel wanted to blame us for something we didn't do, so he could get some cash out of our insurance so we could pay for things that were already broken at his house. But, we are familiar with these type of scams and although frustrated that he had tha gall to give us a negative review, we are happy to know that his mom was very happy with our moving job. She even paid the moving bill in full with no issues or hassles! Furthermore, Mr. Loubriel's mom was an actual referral from his uncle. So, Mr. Loubriel, please give our regards to your mom and tell her that we thank her for her business. We'll be reporting this to Google to see if they can remove this fraudulent negative review.   This month I had to move once again but this time to my final home and I was a little afraid of not finding a good moving company as I was not familiar with the area however someone very special to me recommend me “We care”in Deltona and I have to say they did a great job! Javier came with his crew on time and they move everything very careful, with professionalism and good care this is why I recommend them! as the name of the company it is very well stand: We Care! Thanks Javier.
