I've been a Trucking Veteran since 2004 driving for many of companies however Werner Enterprises is the only company too my knowledge that has made outstanding improvements with drivers pay, regional, dedicated runs and clean terminals, so that's what keeps me here.

This company is by far the most deceiving one I've worked for. They don't offer breakdown time, no extra bonus for driving to NY and Chicago. 99% of trainers will use you for the mere purpose of earning extra miles. Dispatchers are ignorant individuals that have never driven a tractor. Paycheck is horrendous. Everything you're told at orientation is a lie. My best advise? Go to knight transportation instead. You get treated so much better and receive better training. And if you value yourself just don't get a CDL job. Become a Diesel technician instead.
