  Units including mine were burglarized and completely trashed. They didn't even have the decency to contact or notify in any way what had happened. Came to my storage unit to find a different lock on it. Got them to remove it and everything was just dumped and torn apart everywhere. No compensation or accountability on their part. Also came another time and couldn't get onto the premises because the police were raiding a meth lab in one of the units. Struggling during this pandemic and they don't even have the decency to try and work with you. New management is incredibly rude. Definitely do not recommend.

  Jennifer was wonderful. I spoke with her about needing a uhaul truck. They were the only place close to us with the size we needed. She was extremely helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a uhaul or storage unit!
