  We used Westerly Movers this past July, was impressed by the shrink wrapping of our new sofas. I watched John, Justin, and two others disassemble our beds and bag all the hardware. I would recommend this company.

  Good experience, movers shrink wrapped all our items and pad covered. Long day, but we had a 4500 sf home. I would recommend Westerly Movers.

  False advertising. They did not protect doorways or walls They showed up late, which I was made aware after I had to make a call. 2 Dressers were scratched, a windowsill was scratched by the placement of furniture, walls were scuffed and a broken remote door handle when a hole was made in the wall by it. Boxes were left on the wrong sides that were clearly marked which way was up and items inside were damaged as a result. When called to give feedback, owner just defended his team, zero empathy. We were kind to the team, provided them with lunch and beverages. We know it was a hot and long day for them, but I expected better customer service from the company when reporting feedback, other then a mailed claim form. Still waiting for reconciliation.
