  West Coast transported a Tacoma from Washington to New Hampshire. The downside was once the truck was picked up in WA, I was never able to get hold of anyone to get a schedule of arrival time. No one will respond to messages left, so better not to leave one:) I'm not sure why so difficult to give a quick call back? But all I can say is trust the process if you're shipping. It's shady and you are left in the dark quite a bit. They finally called me with a two day heads up that the truck would arrive, and a number for the driver, Gene. The nicest driver on the planet. Gene gets a five star review from me, but the Company gets 3. I reached out to Gene and he said he'd be at house between 10-12. Showed up at 11, Unloaded and was on his way again. Thanks, Gene.

  I did not use their delivery service. I'm reporting as another driver on the road: They have no idea how to drive in a way that is courteous to others on the road. Absolutely shameful of an experience with one of their trucks in St. Louis, MO. The road is a shared tool for all and to be constantly impeding traffic and changing your mind with that large of a vehicle is dangerous and unprofessional.

  Rest assured that West Coast Transport is one of the very best in the business. This company transported my 2013 Golf R from WA to GA and everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. Not only do they have the very best equipment, they also have Alex who is without a doubt one of the very best top notch car transport drivers in the country. Communication was both timely and excellent, very professional conduct and standards, I would definitely highly recommend and look forward to using West Coast Transport again. Thank you Alex and the good folks in dispatch for a wonderful experience.
