  Western American Housing completed my manufactured home installation in July 2021.Cost of installation was fair wasn’t the cheapest but it was about average. Ernesto was my point of contact during the whole process and took care of all permits, kept up with the updates, changes, and worked well with the dealer reps. The house still level not showing any seam cracks, roof leaks during the monsoon and haven’t had any issues related to the installation. What I didn’t like was putting so much down out of pocket once the install got started because apparently the lenders take too long to pay out. I agreed to it before hand but I still didn’t like it!

  I had to get a park model moved about two weeks after buying it in a park, onto private land I own. I called everybody in town and they were all 4-6 MONTHS out. I got ahold of Ernesto at Western American and they said they could get to it in two weeks. We have scary roads at the property and Ernesto had his driver come take a look. I had gotten bids for $2500 to fix the road, but Victor, the driver, said he could get it in for only $180 extra. They did a fantastic job, no damage to the home and we are very happy. While I was at Ernesto's lot I saw a lot of nice looking mobile homes and almost wished I would have known to shop there first! I highly recommend their crew, they are easy to work with. VERY reasonable prices, too!

  I can’t say enough good things about Ernesto and this company! I called around for months trying to get an idea of moving a double wide about 65 miles and had extremely hard time getting a return call or had horrible customer service. When I found his number he returned the call quickly and was so professional while answering all our questions. Best priced too was an added bonus! My family of 7 (5 kids) lost everything to a house fire and we were staying with family. When the time came that the land was ready for the house to be moved On it, everywhere was booked out but he understood our situation and went above and beyond to get our home to us ASAP. Even met us out of town for office things since we weren’t living local. Do NOT hesitate to call him if you are in need! Thanks for everything!
