  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The team was awesome. They unloaded my apt in just 40 minutes and moved me into a 3rd floor apt in less than 2 hours. They never stopped working. They were polite, professional and incredibly hard working. I have already recommended them to friends, and will continue to recommend them to anyone needing movers. I will definitely be calling them when I move again. I want to stress, they had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs, with heavy furniture and they did not take breaks! I can't say enough good things about them. Wonderful!

  My experience with Wheatland Van Lines was great! They were right on time and they were very careful and thoughtful about my items and furniture. They were also very quick. I would definitely use them again!

  This is the worst moving company that I have ever experienced with. They moved my home last fall but I didn't have chance to write a review before until today. All I can say is that they only cared about making money but showed no care about my home items. They quoted me for less than $3,500 but ended up with charging me over $7,200!. Before I signed the agreement and paid the down payment, they promised just about everything I would want to hear. For example, they promised me to follow up with the moving process every step away and I could call the sale rep anytime if I had any concern during the moving. They also promised to pack my home items without additional charge, upload and download on time, and handle items carefully, etc. However, after I signed the agreement and paid the down payment, it was very difficult to get hold of the sale's rep to take care of my concerns. It was also difficult to communicate with other company's staff members especially crew members to get an update. Uploading and downloading were so rough that many of my home items were broken including expensive items and some were even lost. There were hidden cost that they didn't tell. For example, they promised to pack kitchen items without extra cost but when my family member asked the crew to do so, they asked for additional labor and packaging material fees. Moreover, after they completed uploading, it was so difficult to get in touch with the driver/crew. Then, after their truck arrived at my destination apartment loading dock, they even counted and charged the distance between their truck and my destination apartment, the number of stairs and floors, even though the total distance of all the above is short. They also failed to assemble some of the furniture (which were their responsibility) so I had to manage to assemble them by myself. In total, I lost home items with values over $2,000. However, the company compensated only about $140. One of the key that this company is in total control of their customers is to have you to pay the upfront payment of portions of the total pay, one step at a time. So, once you have paid the initial payment, you don't have choice but only have to follow whatever the company wants to do unless you would be willing to loose your money by stop working with them. As a result, this company overcharged me more than $2,000, in additional damaging my home items worthy of over $2,000. So, in total, I lost well over $4,000. Thus, this company deserves no any star in this review. The only reason they got one star is because a review won't show up online if a reviewer don't pick up a star. So, I absolutely recommend not to use this moving company.
