My new sofa was delivered today. ‘It’s a little wet.’ Uh, you think?! They wrapped it but, not a great job. A few months ago, they delivered a different new sofa with a broken leg. We refused delivery. They brought it back weeks later after supposedly repairing it . . still broken. This company is the worst. Not worth the ‘white glove’ cost. And they do not remedy their errors.

The team is extremely professional and work fast and efficiently. I will only be having white glove do any moving or delivery jobs. All items are well taken care of and brought into the home without a mark. The are excellent and a high end company that truly know how to do business.
