  My experience with these ppl so far has been on only complaint is that if your just a couple days late they will put a lock in your unit and raise the bill.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I have two units in two different locations that come from the same home. Today both units were checked on and ONE of them now has roaches!!!!!! I have NEVER had an issue with pests in the past and now one unit is just fine and the other has ROACHES!! I called the office and was told that they have never had an issue with roaches (which I don't believe) and since there wasn't insurance on the unit there was nothing they could do about it! When the insurance was explained to me rodents were NOT mentioned and it wasn't needed (so I thought) because the belongings were being stored while awaiting closing day, less than a month away. This is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! And I will lose a lot of belongings because of this. And lets not talk about how dirty one of the units was, with oil all over the floor. We moved in when the office was closed and we were on a strict schedule so we could not get it changed. We ended up having to cover the entire floor so the oil would not get all over our belongings.
