Good: Mark and his team delivered my piano and assembled it properly. Why 2 stars? There is some opportunity with the communication. There was a incident where the Piano could not be delivered as originally scheduled. I understood the situation and asked for a update for the next scheduled time. This consisted of numerous follow up calls and text messages with no response. We ended up having to circle around to another contact to try and circumvent the situation. Ultimately as you can imagine this was frustrating when someone has in their possession a high dollar item of yours and you cannot get a hold of them. Understanding that things happen outside of control, small things like following up and answering a call becomes imperative.

Mark Wilson did an excellent job of moving my piano. He was a great communicator, very friendly, did the job the day after I called him, and he successfully and gently got my piano moved. He's also reasonably priced. Many of his local competitors are overly priced in my opinion. I was very satisfied with his work and would definitely hire him again and refer him to friends.

We had a piano moved from Waleska, GA to Woodstock, GA. They did a wonderful job and were very reasonable. They were very communicative and were right on time. I would highly recommend them!
