Im giving a review of 2 bc the people that own the storage lockers are super nice, above and beyond nice. But, the unit has mold or mildew in it. Im going to have to throw away most things in it. This had happened aft another storage unit place, this was mold tho, and didn't smell so i was able to clean the stuff off of out items, at this until there is no cleaning the smell off. Maybe the stuff we can wash. And a dresser. But everything else is in boxes and a mattress. So very disappointed, we're paying $83.×× a month. They're is a smell on everything in there, even a mattress, that wasn't so old. I have never been late on a payment bc they have the convenience of auto draft. I do advice if you ever get a storage unit, too always go with climate controlled. And, I TRIED TWO DIFFERENT PLACES but they didn't have any available, i also tried another one on riverside drive andsthey didn't have one available either. So i went and went with this one bc the couple were sooo nice. granted yes, the roof was falling in with the stuff u stuff roof's with, he said from the squirrels. We said it was ok and he said he'd fix it. Still hasn't been done 2 years later. I think they had only just acquired unfortunately the ceiling is dull falling in, which i guess is partly our fault to we hadn't said anything. We My point is always, always go with climate controlled. So, as i was reading some of the other ratings, BUYERS BEWARE of this kind of thing going on, mildew and mold on the items that are being bought at a locker bid.
Response from the owner
Sorry to hear about your experience. Since taking over last year, Winter's Storage has been working diligently to make repairs as we learn about issues. Please continue to keep the Site Managers aware of your situation. As I am sure you have seen we have a climate controlled building in the works and hope to have it opened in September. Thank you for your business and taking the time to leave us a review.

Don’t go here for auctions had only one unit for sale the other day. And as people are looking before they bid guy that is running leans over and tells another guy “ I think I seen a gun box in the back the other day but don’t know if anything is in it or not” first of all it is illegal for them to go into a unit and mess with the stuff that is up for auction second why would anybody go to a place that rambles threw the stuff and or stages it.

I have only been here to buy storage units at auction so I can't give insight on more than that. I will say the owners who run it are nice and long as you follow there rules you won't have any problems.
