Our move from Denver to Las Vegas required storage of our items. We were quoted 3 prices, one for the local move to storage, the monthly storage rent and the price to move from Denver to Las Vegas. Our new home took longer than expected to be built so rather than 2-3 months of storage, we had to store for 5 months. When we were ready for our shipment, they raised the "Price Locked" interstate move by 30%!!! I have opened a FMCSA complaint about this. Our shipment arrived late, with very little communication. Apparently the front office has no idea what the loaders and truckers are actually doing. Our shipment arrived and some pieces were damaged, but my experience is this always happens. But many large furniture pieces are missing! A couch, 5 easy chairs, patio furniture, a head board, dining room table and boxes. Again, the front office knew nothing about the partial shipment. It's been 3 weeks since we received the partial shipment and nobody has been able to provide a date... well actually they do. It's always Mañana!

We moved from Denver to Charleston, SC and everything about this move went wrong. We received quotes from 4 movers (all national carriers) We went with Worldwide because of their sales person, Mary, seemed very knowledgeable about our items and their price was competitive. We had a full package - packing, loading, moving, unloading. First - the packers NEVER showed up. We were told they would be there at 830 and when no one arrived by 10 am, we contacted WW and they had no idea what was going on, our move "coordinator," Debbie - was OFF that day! and had left no instructions. When the crew finally showed at 1230 - they did the WORST job - no paper in boxes - a stand mixer in a box with a piece of china. The loading team seemed fine, although, we should have been scheduled as a two day load, they were at our home until midnight. Then, came our delivery - what a hot mess. We moved to Charleston downtown - tight roads, etc. The driver arrived after noon and refused to come in to our driveway until our neighbor moved his golf cart - which was not even in our driveway. So, we had to wait one more day (we are over 7 days after loading day at this point). In the end, we had broken and damaged items that could have been avoided and a driver who wanted to blame us for everything. I would STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND anyone use this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE Moved from CO to TX in May of '21 and just wrapped up (as of 9/13/21) the insurance claims process for the issues this company caused. We initially chose Worldwide, after vetting 4 other companies, because their salesperson did a good job of making us feel at ease with the whole process of moving. To their credit, everything went well until our stuff was moved out and into their storage (needed storage for two weeks). Here's the absolute cluster F that ensued: - Received emails and calls from two employees claiming we needed to pay more because the initial estimate was incorrect. They wanted to charge us more (even after signing their contract with a "price lock guarantee"). Did not pay more. - We were told repeatedly by our "Move Coordinator" our moving truck would arrive on the first day of our move window (gave us a 4 day window), but it did not arrive until the last day. - On the move-in day, we were alerted that all of our stuff did not make it in the truck (we had been told multiple times before this that the amount of stuff we were moving was very average) and that it would be at least another week before the remaining items arrived. Upon speaking with a manager, he claimed he "took a gamble" on trying to get our stuff all in one shipment and that we should be "thanking" him that we got our initial shipment at all. - Moving crew was 6+ hours late to the move-in. Once they began unpacking, we realized several items/boxes had duplicate inventory numbers. Moving crew also did not use blankets and other items to protect walls and floors, so the new house did sustain some damages. Moving crew also did not bring required tools to move in fridge. Because of this, our fridge (less than two years old) did sustain damage to all handles/doors. - Driver demanded we sign a document stating all items had been delivered (when we were still missing several important items). Needless to say, I refused to sign. - The day following the initial move-in, our Move Coordinator and her Manager guaranteed the items we were still missing would be delivered earlier than initially planned. The remaining items arrived 4 days later than what was "guaranteed." In total, we waited 8 days beyond the move-in window before we had all of our stuff. - Upon unpacking, we discovered several items were damaged and some items were missing entirely (we assumed there would be some damage, which is why we got insurance). - Submitted our insurance claim through the company Worldwide provided. We were recently told by this insurance company that we will not be compensated for those items that are still missing or the other damages sustained to several items and our house. The whole claims process ended up being pretty pointless and a waste of time. Overall, our experience with this company could be best described as "overpromised and underdelivered (massively)."I think I'm being generous there. The communication was poor and misleading/false at many points throughout the process (including from management) and they were constantly passing the blame to others.
