  SLOW ON PAPERWORK. Our company is STILL waiting on our relocation to go through and XONEX's slow movement on paperwork and approvals is literally ruining our lives! Our home, our jobs and our livelihood all rest on getting our relocation done in time and their slow services are destroying our chances! Time is of the essence! Understand there are DIRE consequences for EVERY person, company and family you fail to serve in time.

  I keep trying to reach someone at their office, but they never pick up the phone. I realize you're a small company, but it's time to expand if you can't serve the volume of customers you have.
