Was supposed to have a delivery of a washer and dryer yesterday between 10AM and 2PM. I was home all day, never received my delivery, was supposed to get a call 30 minutes prior to the truck arrival, never got the phone call. Called the 800 number multiple times and got told the washer/dryer was on the way and to wait. Both my husband and I were home all day, no one ever showed up. Got told when we called around 4pm that the driver came to the house, but no one was there and they’d have to reschedule the delivery appointment. We have yet been able to reschedule the appointment and have made multiple calls each trying to figure out what to do. No one I speak with can tell me when to expect delivery or even where my stuff is at. At this point I’m paying for a washer and dryer to sit in a truck and not be delivered. I would not recommend using XPO at all!!

The delivery went smooth right from the jump. I received calls trying to coordinate around my schedule and then again right before arrival. The delivery men were very courteous and professional. I’d definitely use them again and would recommend.

Received clear communication on delivery of my washer and dryer and a call before arrival. The gentlemen from XPO were on time and courteous. They explained everything and made sure I had everything I needed before they left. They even gave some helpful hints that made my final installation easier.
