  Pretty much the worst. Horrible service, no communication. Exceptionally rude. Driver finally showed up and then threatened to leave all of his garbage in a public parking lot. If you find your YRC shipment is going to them, cancel your order.

  Unreliable and unprofessional. John Adams driver named Kevin will yell at you if your phone has a bad connection when he calls you. Eventually when your phone gets a better connection and Kevin calls back he will yell again. We waited 5 days for delivery. Johns company did attempt to make a delivery in the early morning but (that's wasn't our time we originally asked for) he should have known our delivery time frame when Yrc gave him the freight. If not when I originally talked to him I told him our delivery time frame and he tells me well I'm not paying someone overtime to come to you when needed. He also says I'm not in your area often so you'll have to wait for when it's best for us to deliver. John Adams only cares about what's best for his pockets without the customer in mind. He preaches excellent customer service but he and his driver Kevin failed to provide at minimum decent customer service. Be careful with Adams Express!
