I personally have a storage here and I also but storages from an online auction site from here and I love them. Out of all the places I've tried in Yakima WA, secure storage is the most understanding and more like real people with real emotions unlike most of these by the book, "might as well switch to AI" companies.

9/2021 (5 Stars) Have used this facility for 8+ years. The facility is clean and well maintained. In the winter, snow has always been cleared before I've arrived. The office staff are friendly and a pleasure to work with.

House burned up. Had to have a storage place for the items we were able to find. This one seems to be quite secure. Coded check-in and coded check-out. Easy process to rent and pay monthly. Nice person behind the desk.
