Erika Frutiger worked patiently with me for about four months to find a home that I really liked, was in my price range, and in the location I wanted. When the first contract "fell through" due to title issues, Erika quickly and enthusiastically took me to see the house I recently closed on. Erika is very resourceful and worked to schedule various inspections, identify potential problems, and to meet the contractors when I was unable to be there due to my having to travel for work. When preparing the contract offer on various homes, Erika never pressured me to "break the bank", but to make an offer that I felt comfortable with. I trusted Erika and she did not let me down.
