Very poor training if this what your looking for stay away they are looking for more experienced people they don’t want to train somebody who has never done this its gonna be a waist of your time

I do not suggest this courier if you care about getting your delivery in Any sort of timely manner! 5 day pick up took 10. We called daily for updates because they never sent updates even though we signed up for email updates. We created the shipment on Sept 10th for pick up on Monday the 14th and we were told 5 days. They didn’t pick up until 18th despite calling them daily to find out why it was not picked up. We received one update that was not accurate and today the 23rd it said would be delivered, NOPE! It is still on another state. They suggested I add money to the shipment for guaranteed delivery. They were 4 days late picking it up and want me to pay more to get it. JOKE! not impressed. Called before using them to ask if they had any delays or issues we should be aware that would slow this and said no!

Horrible experience with this delivery company! If you order any type of furniture be prepared. Because if they deliver it they will just dump it at the end of your driveway!
