  Had a reservation for Zippy Shell to arrive from 8 AM to noon with movers to load. They were a no-show and no call. That day we made 12 calls to Zippy Shell to find out what happened and what was going to be done. About 4 o’clock the representative said she would find out and call us before she left work at 8 PM. However, she never called back. Next day I received an email saying that we had been rescheduled for four days later. No one ever contacted us personally and that day was not acceptable. So I called that day and was put through to a manager. We canceled our reservation and were given a refund. Of course, it created many complications when you’re expecting someone and needing to get moved for a new job

  I used this company two years ago for storage and they were great so naturally I thought to use them again. I think they have different managers now. Booking was difficult. I called several times and sent an email request. Heather returned my phone call only once after numerous attempts and has only answered her line once when I had questions. They did not deliver the initial shell within their window. We ordered a second shell which they got to us quickly but then called to say they wanted to pick it up early. Which we had no problem with accommodating. To get our stuff back I called left a message, no return call. So I have learned to call Perry Moving (they "house" zippy shell) and ask for someone there to locate heather who apparently is the only person working with the shells. She confirmed a delivery for both shells on Thursday. The day before I received a confirmation call. Great. Then they called me again on Wednesday night, no message (I was unable to answer). The next day they delivered AN EMPTY SHELL. I call them get the run around about trying to find Heather then I hear her voice in the background. They will drop off both in two hours. Great. Only I return to our new house to see only one. I call again. Sorry, they say, we can only give you one at a time. I tell them that is unacceptable since I was told I could have both. They overbooked, they said, but they will have the second here on Friday morning. Great. It is now Saturday morning, they didn't even bother to call and I still don't have my second storage unit. AVOID.

  Zippy Shell is awesome. I dealt with Paul and Aaron and they were extremely professional and willing to work with my schedule. The pricing was fantastic. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a POD.
