  DO NOT USE! I am not a difficult person but this has been the worst experience I have ever had. Dropped the container off a day late. No big deal. However, it is not 8/24 and they still have not picked up the container from the initial residence when the date was suppose to be 8/5. New renters are now in the house where the container sits in the driveway and I don't have my things. Received an email on 8/21 saying that the container was delivered to the destination warehouse and yet I have pictures from the rental agency that shows that the container is STILL at the initial residence. No one is helping. I have called over 20 times at this point. Only hearing, "so sorry, we will make this a priority" and they don't. I was also charged the entire amount on my credit card since it says it has been delivered. I have called the cops and I am looking for legal representation. Again, I am not a complainer, I am a very chilled out and easy customer. I have never experienced anything like this before.

  Absolutely awful. My fiancé used them to move from Oregon to Tennessee and they missed every deadline they set. They told her it would be delivered on a certain date and almost three weeks later they are finally delivering it. Not only that, but she had to call on the delivery date to ask when they were showing up and that’s when they told her it was delayed. They didn’t have the professional courtesy to tell her ahead of time that they would miss their deadline. They told her it would be delivered the next couple days, which j was skeptical of because that meant it would be delivered over the weekend. The weekend came and went and then on Monday, she had to call again because once again they lacked the professional courtesy to reach out. This time they told her it wasn’t even in her city and was at their national storage location because there wasn’t any room at their storage lot in her city. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Use anyone else before them. Literally anyone.

  Use Zippy Shell at your own risk. Do't say that I did not warn you. Once they receive your money, they don't care about you. They don't communicate, and they decide when to come and when not to come. I want to repeat this, USE ZIPPY SHELL AT YOUR OWN RISK....and its ZERO star for me.
