  "The truck driver called me asking if he could anticipate the schedule. I said yes and then he wanted to charge me an extra fee because the boxes were not all at the door outside the building. I explained that it was because they arrived earlier. Then they told me they would charge for my couch and the my bed box, because they weren’t in the contract. I showed the e-mail that I sent for the company for him to check, and all the furniture that I had were at the contract. even so the company wanted to charge me another thousand dollars extra for my couch. I had to throw away the couch and box frame. The furniture arrived on the date, they were all broken, the boxes were all wrinkled and torn. It was and is being the worst experience of my family. The manager doesn’t answer my calls, my emails... I didn’t have any answer."
