The only positive thing that I can say about this company is that the price was affordable, read on and you'll see why! Mark, the owner needs to learn how to manage his workers so that they can perform a satisfactory job and train them to behave in a professional manner. They showed up extremely late on the day of the move, which caused problems because the new owner had her movers already scheduled. The truck they used broke down and I eventually found out that they did not properly move all of my things and caused damages that were NEVER addressed. Here's a list of issues: several of the movers were very unprofessional. They had inappropriate conversations and one guy sang the entire time. They scratched the headboard of my $3000 bed, broke a handle off of the matching dresser, damaged my treadmill, improperly moved my washer causing it to spray water all over my laundry room, did not reconnect the ice and water hoses to my fridge, dumped things from their truck outside my storage unit that were not mine, causing me to be threated with a dumping fee. When I say this was an awful experience, I MEAN IT! Hire this company at your own risk! Months after my move I am still coming out of my pocket to fix the problems they caused and never took responsibility for."
