I tried to resolve this issue with customer service. The owner refused to speak with me. The company only insures 60 cents per pound so they offered to pay $522 for the damages. Then wanted me to sign a waiver with disagreeable terms before I could receive the money. This has been going on for months now and I have not received a penny back that they promised. I had to pay over $2,400 for their poor service and $6,000 out of pocket to repair and replace the items they damaged. They think because they have insurance they can treat your items with no respect and throw them around. I am appalled at their business conduct and lack of service to rectify their mistakes. Do NOT use this company."
