  The driver was so careful, all our items arrived perfectly intact when he got to our new home. There was some delay, but they let us know in advance so we were able to plan accordingly. Communication from them was superb. Overall I’m satisfied with their service.

  It was the single most frustrating experience. No one knows how the business actually works and they just want to make their commission. I was told that the exorbitant amount of money that they were charging included the last months rent. I was told by multiple people a little over a year ago. Now when I call they avoid my question why I'm being charged multiple charges. I shouldn't have to pay almost $5,000 for transport, which was cheaper when I first signed up, and another month's rent to get my things over here. You might as well speak to a robot. Worst service ever!

  Updating my review- minus 1 star for my original assessment that the customer service department is impossible to reach in a timely manner (I waited nearly two hours on hold once and another time used their call-back service only to place me on hold for another 50 mins) BUT the container pick up and drop off to my destination went seamlessly and the drivers were all professionals. My move from the Bay Area to Southern California went shockingly smoothly. The driver was very communicative and called the day before to coordinate when they would drop off the container. He gave tips on the best way to fill the container and was prompt in picking it up. Our destination drop off went smoothly and we were very pleasantly surprised that not a single item had moved during the trip--the container looked just as we had packed it. -------/--old review below----/------ Customer support department is near impossible to get a hold of and terse, but somehow, mysteriously, new business dept picks up the phone immediately and is responsive and friendly 🙄
