These men were punctual, organized, and collaborated with me to make the most of time and space we had. Very accommodating, efficient, and adaptable. Also, a lot of wonderful energy! Pack-Rat’s movers showed up on time and worked fast, they also packed the truck using every inch and tied things down/balanced the weight perfectly. None of our things broke.

This started out as a good alternative to PODS But now I would suggest never use them spend the extra little you save for PODS. They have been unable to reach the local facility for 3 days now. Meanwhile my container the last of 3 is still sitting in my driveway. If you call the 1-800 number they can’t assist at all. I am actually leaving the state in morning and they have no idea when our container will be picked up. This very uncool and not very professional. Do any other company not Pack Ray.
