They called me as soon as an unknown person that was not added to my accent granted account was into the facility and trying to get into the unit alone . They called me until I got there to confirm they were granted access . They were very nice and stern about the steps and decisions they made. Thank you

Everything from beginning to end of the reservation process was seamless. There was a snag with my ID verification and the staff member was super friendly and helpful and responded first thing after the holiday weekend so we could handle it quickly. He got me rented and into my unit with no problems, was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful. I feel totally safe and secure storing my things at the west sac location. Great staff, great service, competitive pricing… happy customer here. And the units are clean and air conditioned and nice. Great choice

I just had to share what an amazing experience I had with Life Storage in West Sacramento! The women who run this place are so friendly, accommodating, and organized! Kim did my walk through and was so kind and thorough! I was so impressed with how clean everything was! I felt so at ease keeping my possessions here. Juanita was great! She completed my paperwork and went over everything. You can tell these two put in a lot of hard work and have so much pride in this place! Would highly recommend!!!
